A tragic accident occurred on December 7 in Salinas, California, when 65-year-old Carmen Nava was fatally struck while crossing Main Street near Hardin Parkway around 6 p.m. Reports say she was leaving Teriyaki Madness when a vehicle hit her, throwing her several feet.
