Woman Struck Near 29th and K Streets Thursday Evening

A tragic accident occurred on October 9 in Sacramento, California, when 65-year-old Alicia Andrea Barnes of Roseville was struck by a vehicle around 6:30 p.m. The incident happened near 29th and K Streets, close to Sutter Medical Center. Barnes was transported to a nearby hospital, where she sadly succumbed to her injuries. The driver remained at the scene. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
