64-Year-Old Robert Posey Involved In Kettle Falls, WA Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on April 24 in Kettle Falls, Washington. Two people were injured when the vehicle they were traveling in was struck by a suspected impaired motorist along State Route 25. 64-year-old Robert Posey was operating a vehicle when he traveled into oncoming traffic and struck another vehicle. Two people traveling in the second vehicle were injured in the wreck and taken to a local hospital for treatment. Authorities say they suspect Posey was impaired by drugs and/or alcohol at the time of the crash and charged him with vehicular assault. The incident remains under investigation.
