A tragic accident occurred on May 13 in Fresno, California, when 64-year-old Phonesavanh Luangpraseuth was killed after being struck by a Hyundai Tucson on southbound Highway 41 south of Jensen Avenue. Authorities said the vehicle was driven by an 83-year-old at the time of the collision. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
