A tragic accident occurred on February 23 in Los Angeles, California, when 64-year-old David Arrington was struck by a train at the 7th Street and Flower Street Metro station. He was transported to a hospital with severe injuries but sadly died shortly afterward from blunt force trauma, according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner.
