63-Year-Old Viktor Ventenbergs Killed in Thorp, WA Accident

DUI crash on I-90 claims life of Seattle motorcyclist

A tragic accident occurred on May 5 near Thorp, Washington, when 63-year-old Viktor Ventenbergs was killed in a suspected DUI-related crash. Ventenbergs was riding his BMW R1200 motorcycle on westbound Interstate 90 when he was rear-ended by a Jeep Cherokee. A second vehicle, a Ram 3500, also struck the motorcycle after the initial impact. Ventenbergs died at the scene. A 22-year-old Kent man was arrested and charged with vehicular homicide.
