63-Year-Old Jefferson Jones Killed In Jefferson, AL Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on August 15 in Jefferson, Alabama. 63-year-old Jefferson Jones was killed in a head-on collision along Interstate 495 when a Jeep Cherokee collided head-on with a Mazda. The impact caused the Jeep to then collide with a Freightliner street sweeper. Jones was pronounced dead at the scene. The accident remains under investigation by ALEA.
