Tragic accident that occurred on May 2 in Bakersfield, California. 63-year-old James Tilton Ruff lost his life after being hit by a train at Tulare Street and Truxtun Avenue. Tragically, Ruff later succumbed to injuries at the hospital. No other details were available. Bakersfield and railroad police are investigating.
