Wrong-way DUI driver caused fatal head-on crash on I-35W

A tragic accident occurred on January 17 in Fort Worth, Texas, when 63-year-old Fructoso Cielo Tlatenchi was killed in a wrong-way DUI crash on Interstate 35W at Garden Acres Drive. Tlatenchi, along with a 44-year-old occupant, died in the head-on collision. An 18-year-old suspect was arrested for intoxicated manslaughter with a vehicle.
