According to the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office, Aguilar was riding a bicycle near Ferguson Avenue and Dinuba Boulevard when a vehicle struck him and fled. He was pronounced dead at the scene. A 32-year-old suspect was later arrested on suspicion of felony hit-and-run resulting in death.
