62-Year-Old Robert Frost Killed In Henry, IA Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on Thursday, August 19th in Henry, Iowa. 62-year-old Robert Earl Frost was tragically killed when the compact car that he was a passenger in crashed on Highway 218. The victim was traveling in a Kia Soul driven by Chester Lee Simmons that left the roadway, entered the median, and went airborne. The Kia then struck a bridge pillar and came to rest on its top on railroad tracks. Sadly, Frost died due to injuries sustained in the crash. The Iowa State Patrol is investigating the accident. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
