62-Year-Old Michael Ashby Killed In Schroeppel, NY Accident

Two vehicle head-on wreck along Sutton Road

Tragic accident that occurred on June 14th in Schroeppel, New York. 62-year-old Michael Ashby lost his life in a two-vehicle head-on accident along Sutton Road. The wreck occurred when his Jeep SUV was struck by a  2014 Chrysler van operated by 24-year-old Michael Horne who traveled over the centerline. Ashby was fatally injured and declared deceased at the scene. Horne was issued a ticket for his role in the incident.  Further information was not immediately available.
