62-Year-Old Jesus Verduzco Killed in San Diego County, CA Accident

Man dies after early-morning collision on Interstate 5 near airport

A tragic accident occurred on May 29 in San Diego County, California, when 62-year-old Jesus Verduzco was involved in a wrong-way crash on southbound Interstate 5 near Laurel Street. Authorities said a blue Dodge Durango and a white Honda CR-V collided around 3 a.m., resulting in a deadly impact. Verduzco, who was driving the Honda, died at the scene. The other driver also died. The investigation is ongoing. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
