62-Year-Old Alvin Ince Killed in Tulare, CA Accident

Fatal Motorcycle Crash on Highway 198

A tragic accident occurred on October 5 in Tulare County, California, when 62-year-old Alvin Ince from Strathmore was killed. Around 1:30 p.m., Ince’s westbound 2000 Harley-Davidson on Highway 198 east of Mehrten Drive collided with a 1999 Jeep Cherokee making a sudden U-turn. Another motorcyclist and the 25-year-old Visalia Jeep driver also died. CHP is investigating. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim’s family.
