61-Year-Old Thomas Nafe Jr. Killed in Liberty Lake, WA Accident

Collision reported on State Route 290

A tragic accident occurred on December 27 near Liberty Lake, Washington, when 61-year-old Thomas L. Nafe Jr. was killed in a head-on collision on State Route 290 near Harvard Road around 3 p.m. Authorities said another driver also died in the crash. Investigators reported a westbound vehicle crossed the center line, possibly due to unsafe speed. Both drivers were pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation.
