Man arrested on suspicion of DUI after serious motorcycle crash

A serious accident occurred on August 5 in Perris, California, when a motorcyclist was critically injured in a collision with a vehicle allegedly driven by 61-year-old Mauricio Cruz Cortez. Police said officers determined Cortez was under the influence of a controlled substance and arrested him on suspicion of driving under the influence causing serious bodily injury.
