61-Year-Old John Haasjes Killed in Tehachapi, CA Accident

A tragic accident occurred on November 9 in Tehachapi, California, when 61-year-old John Burton Haasjes was struck by a vehicle in the 400 block of Tucker Road around 3:31 p.m. He was transported to Kern Medical, where he succumbed to his injuries on November 14. The Tehachapi Police Department is investigating the crash. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
