A tragic accident occurred on November 2 in North Hollywood, CA, when 61-year-old Howard Butler Jr. was struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Colfax Avenue and Victory Boulevard. He suffered traumatic injuries and was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead just before 5 a.m. Authorities have not released any details about the vehicle involved.
