Tragic accident that occurred on Tuesday, May 4 at around 12:09 AM in Rock Island, Illinois. 60-year-old Hugh Martin was tragically killed when he was struck by a vehicle while riding his bicycle on the Rock River Bridge along route 84. The victim was struck by a Chevy SUV driven by a 27-year-old man. He was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation.
