60-Year-Old Charles Chandler Killed In Nacogdoches, TX Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on Saturday, May 1 at about 1:25 AM in Nacogdoches, Texas. 60-year-old Charles Chandler was tragically struck and killed in a hit-and-run crash when walking along westbound State Highway 7. Chandler was tragically pronounced dead at the scene.  The car that struck the pedestrian fled the scene, and anyone with information is asked to contact local law enforcement or Lufkin DPS Communications at (936)- 699-7340.
