A tragic accident occurred on January 17 in Pacific Beach, California, when a 6-year-old Hudson O’Loughlin was fatally struck by a car while riding his bicycle. The driver fled the scene and was later found in National City. Hudson was a student at McKinley Elementary School. A GoFundMe has been started to assist the family with funeral and other expenses.
