59-Year-Old Lawrence Claypool Killed in Vidor, TX Bicycle Accident

Cyclist struck by Ford F-150 on FM Road 105

A tragic accident occurred on July 27 in Vidor, Texas, when 59-year-old Lawrence Claypool was struck by a Ford F-150 while riding his bicycle on FM Road 105. The crash happened around 11:51 a.m. Claypool was rushed to St. Elizabeth Hospital with life-threatening injuries and later passed away. The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the incident. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
