59-Year-Old Cesar Contreras Killed in Oceanside, CA Accident

Struck on Mission Avenue

A tragic accident occurred on November 10 in Oceanside, California, when 59-year-old Cesar Contreras was struck by an eastbound Chevrolet Tahoe while crossing Mission Avenue near Francesca Drive around 6:45 p.m. Emergency responders declared him deceased at the scene. The driver stopped and cooperated with authorities. The Oceanside Police Department is investigating the incident. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
