58-Year-Old Brian Backiewicz Injured In Fairfield, OH Accident

Two vehicle collision along Ohio Route 37

Tragic accident that occurred on May 2nd in Fairfield, Ohio. 58-year-old Brian Backiewicz was injured in a two-vehicle crash along Ohio Route 37. Troopers said 45-year-old Stacey Bay was eastbound when she failed to stop at a stop sign and was hit by a 2021 Ford Escape. Backiewicz was taken to Mount Carmel East Hospital for treatment. The accident remains under investigation by OSHP.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
