58-Year-Old Gemma Salting Killed in Morro Bay, CA Accident

Woman dies after equipment falls from trailer

A tragic accident occurred on August 12 near Morro Bay, California, when 58-year-old Gemma Salting was killed in an accident on State Route 41. According to the California Highway Patrol, equipment became dislodged from a trailer being towed by a Ram 3500 and struck Salting’s Ford Ranger. Her vehicle left the roadway, went down an embankment and hit a tree. Salting was pronounced deceased at the scene. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
