Pedestrian fatally struck on India Street

A tragic accident occurred on November 29 in Hillcrest, California, when 58-year-old Alexander Leroux was struck by a silver or gray sedan while crossing India Street near Vine Street. The driver fled the scene, leaving Leroux critically injured. He tragically died shortly after midnight from multiple blunt-force injuries, according to the Medical Examiner’s Office.
