57-Year-Old Soraida Polanco Killed In Brentwood, NY Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Saturday, October 2 in Brentwood, New York. 57-year-old Soraida Polanco was tragically killed in a multi vehicle crash that injured seven others. 27-year-old Christian Lopez was operating an Acura on 2nd Ave., west of Hilltop Drive, when he struck the rear of a Toyota Camry. The Toyota was pushed into the oncoming lane where it collided with a Jeep Wrangler. Polanco, a passenger in the Toyota, was tragically pronounced dead at South Shore University Hospital. Lopez was taken to the third precinct to be charged in connection with the crash. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
