A tragic accident occurred on February 7 in Crystal Beach, Texas, when 57-year-old Monica Breland was struck and killed by a vehicle on Highway 87 around 7:43 p.m. She died at the scene. Authorities said the incident does not appear to be criminal. The crash remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim’s family.
