A tragic accident occurred on April 25 in Panorama City, California, when 56-year-old Sheila Richardson was killed in a two-vehicle collision. The crash took place around 6:55 a.m. at the intersection of Parthenia Street and Cedros Avenue. Richardson was riding in one of the vehicles involved and died from blunt trauma injuries, according to the medical examiner.
