Driver Justin Ray Deleon arrested for intoxication manslaughter

A tragic accident occurred on October 19 in Southmayd, Texas, when 56-year-old Kim Key of Celina was killed in a suspected DUI crash at the intersection of Texas 289 and Valerie Lane. Authorities said Justin Ray Deleon, 30, was arrested and charged with intoxication manslaughter after the collision. Another driver was injured and taken to Medical City Plano.
