56-Year-Old James Thomas Arrested in Whitney, TX Accident

DWI driver strikes pedestrian on Farm Road 2604 in fatal crash

A tragic accident occurred on March 31 in Whitney, Texas, when a pedestrian was killed after being struck by a Jeep sport-utility vehicle driven by 56-year-old James Thomas on Farm Road 2604. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Thomas was determined to be intoxicated and arrested on felony intoxication manslaughter charges. Authorities continue investigating.
