A tragic accident occurred on April 6 in El Paso, Texas, when 56-year-old Jaime Humberto Andrade was killed after his Subaru Outback was rear-ended by a BMW 428i driven at a high rate of speed near North Desert Boulevard. Andrade was transported to a hospital, where he later died. Authorities continue investigating the crash. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
