Passenger dies at FM 39 and State Highway 164

A tragic accident occurred on July 24 near Groesbeck, Texas, when 55-year-old Sheila Rutledge was killed in a crash caused by a stop-sign violation. Around 8 a.m., a Ram truck entered the intersection of FM 39 and State Highway 164 without stopping and struck the Honda she was in. Rutledge died at the scene.
