55-Year-Old Mark Welsh Injured In Morton, WA Accident

Two-vehicle collision on State Route 7

Tragic accident that occurred on Monday January 25th at around 8 AM in Morton, WA. 55-Year-Old Mark Welsh was injured in a two-vehicle collision on State Route 7. Sienna Toutai was driving north when she lost control of her Suzuki, traveling off the road and into a ditch. The vehicle then returned to the roadway, crossing into the southbound lanes. It was then that she struck the southbound vehicle driven by Welsh. Welsh was taken to Arbor Health Morton Hospital for treatment of serious injuries.  Toutai, and a passenger in her vehicle, died in the crash. It is reported that speeding may have caused the wreck.
