55-Year-Old Julia Bucsko Injured in Okanogan County, WA Accident

SUV collided with jackknifed semi-truck on SR 155

A tragic accident occurred on December 18 in Okanogan County, Washington, when 55-year-old Julia Bucsko of Omak was injured in a two-vehicle crash on State Route 155 north of Nespelem. WSP reported that a semi-truck jackknifed while descending the highway, causing its trailer to slide into the southbound lane. Bucsko’s SUV collided with the trailer, and she was transported to Mid Valley Hospital. Authorities cited the truck driver for excessive speed.
