Tragic accident that occurred on August 5 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. 55-year-old Charles Stoner has been identified as the man struck and killed by a vehicle in a crosswalk on East St. Elmo Avenue and South Nevada Avenue. He was taken to a local hospital, where he later died. The accident remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
