Tragic accident that occurred on December 25 at around 8 PM in Babson Park Georgia. 55-year-old Carol Helms tragically struck and killed a man on Seneca highway. The police reported that the man was waving his arms as if trying to stop traffic at the time of the collision. The accident is under investigation by the Polk County Sheriffs office.
