Authorities said a fleeing stolen Hyundai ran a red light and crashed into a Tesla carrying multiple occupants. Van, who was inside the Tesla, was pronounced dead at the scene. One of another victim, Tiffany Chin A Chu, also died in the crash. The investigation is ongoing.
