53-Year-Old Gillian Robinson Killed In Lauderhill, FL Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on April 16th in Lauderhill, Florida. 53-year-old Gillian Robinson sadly died after being struck by a hit-and-run driver while walking on State Road 7 near Northwest 12th Street. 23-year-old Ashlee Washington was the operator of the vehicle that struck the victim and fled the scene. Robinson was rushed to Broward Health Medical Center, where she tragically later died. Investigators were able to locate Washington and she was charged with failure to stop at a crash resulting in a death and evidence tampering.
