52-Year-Old Misti Hurst Killed in Ector County, TX Accident

Woman dies after early morning pedestrian crash

A tragic accident occurred on July 28 in Ector County, Texas, when 52-year-old Misti Hurst of Odessa was struck by a Ford F-250 while outside a designated crosswalk on FM 2020 near milepost 254. Hurst was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities have not released information about the driver. Witnesses are urged to contact law enforcement. The accident remains under investigation.
