According to Orange police, a Kia Carnival van crossed into the southbound lane on Edgar Brown Drive, striking a Honda motorcycle and a Toyota 4Runner. Elmore was transported to CHRISTUS St. Elizabeth Hospital but later succumbed to his injuries. The incident remains under investigation.
