Bicyclist struck in Central El Paso hit-and-run

A tragic accident occurred on September 7 in El Paso, Texas, when 52-year-old David Carmine O’Conner was struck and killed while riding an e-bicycle. The crash happened at about 1:30 a.m. in the 4600 block of Pershing Drive near Leeds Avenue. The driver fled the scene in a gray or silver car, possibly a Kia. Authorities continue to investigate. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
