A tragic accident occurred on March 16 in Turlock, California, when 52-year-old Jesus Perez Rafael was killed after being struck by a northbound Toyota SUV on Washington Road south of Ehrlich Road. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver was unharmed. Authorities continue investigating the circumstances of the crash. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
