52-Year-Old Charles Eugene Porter II Killed in Monterey, CA Accident

A tragic accident occurred on October 31 in Monterey, California, when 52-year-old Charles Eugene Porter II was struck and killed by a vehicle. Around 7:04 a.m., Porter was hit on North Fremont Street near Ramona Avenue, according to the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office. He died from his injuries at the scene.
