51-Year-Old Timothy Lowman Killed in Balboa Park, CA Accident

Collision with SUV on Pershing Drive

A tragic accident occurred on December 28 in Balboa Park, California, when 51-year-old Timothy Scott Lowman, a local musician performing as Low Volts, was killed in a motorcycle collision with an SUV. The crash happened around 1:40 a.m. in the 2000 block of Pershing Drive. Lowman was pronounced dead at the scene just before 2 a.m. The San Diego Police Department is investigating the cause.
