A tragic accident occurred on November 19 in Antioch, California, when a vehicle driven by 50-year-old Oscar Manzano Muños struck a 64-year-old pedestrian at A Street and West 18th Street. The crash happened around 6:17 p.m., and the victim was transported to a hospital, where he passed away on Friday. Muños allegedly fled the scene but was later located on Deerfield Drive and arrested for felony hit-and-run. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
