50-Year-Old James Kuang Killed In Pittsburg, CA Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on December 13 in  Pittsburg, California. 50-year-old James Kuang was identified as the victim of a deadly wrong-way collision on Highway 4. Tragically, he was pronounced dead at the scene. A 53-year-old Richmond resident was behind the wheel of a Dodge Durango traveling west in eastbound lanes when he crashed into Kuang’s Honda. Pittsburg police arrested the Richmond motorist on suspicion of murder, driving the wrong way resulting in injury or death, and driving with a suspended license.  Alcohol is suspected to be involved in the accident, which remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
