A tragic accident occurred on October 10 in Santa Ana, California, when 50-year-old Ivan Frausto was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver while crossing the southbound lanes of McFadden Avenue near Bristol Street around 9:30 p.m. The suspect fled the scene, leaving Frausto fatally injured.
