Stolen Honda sedan carrying juveniles crashes into victim’s car

A tragic accident occurred on February 24 in Oakley, California, when 50-year-old Erwin Queja De La Cruz was killed after a stolen gray Honda sedan carrying juveniles crashed into his car at O’Hara Avenue and Laurel Road. The vehicle had fled from Antioch and was traveling at high speed. One juvenile was ejected, and all suffered major injuries. The crash remains under investigation.
