Tragic accident that occurred on June 1st in Fargo, North Dakota.  50-year-old Don Keplin was seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash along the off-ramp on Interstate-94 . The victim was traveling in a Chevy Suburban towing a car dolly with a Fiat attached when they stopped on the shoulder after they had an issue with a dolly. The victim exited the vehicle and stood next to it on the road. That is when another car, driven by 41-year-old Shandi Cordner rear-ended the dolly pushing it forward and hitting the victim. Medics transported both victims to Sanford Medical Center, where another victim sadly later died. Keplin is receiving treatment for serious injuries. Authorities arrested Cordner for felony possession of methamphetamine. Additional charges are pending, troopers said. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
